We are excited that you are inquiring about having your child attend St. Mary of the Assumption School. Saint Mary Saint of the Day

To experience St. Mary of the Assumption on a first-hand basis, prospective students can spend the day visiting academic classes and eating lunch with their peer groups. All students are placed in their current grade.

Saint for the Day begins in the Admissions Office at 8:00 a.m. and typically end by 2:30 p.m. Saint for the Day visits are non-evaluative and are an optional piece of the application process. We offer Saint for the Day Monday through Thursday throughout the school year.

It is important that we get to know your child and give him or her the opportunity to ask questions regarding St. Mary of the Assumption School.

After completing the application form, you may call 301-627-4170 to setup a date for the Saint for the Day.

Assessment

Depending on the transferring school, we may require additional information regarding a student’s academic standing. In this instance, we will schedule a short assessment to be administered at the school.

Principal Interview

The final step of applying at Saint Mary of the Assumption School is a family interview with the principal of the school.
